Are implementation and migration included?+
Platform plans cover the software, hosting and Xia. Design, implementation and migration are scoped with you. On annual Business plans and above, migration from your current site is included.
What counts as a Xia credit?+
A credit is one action Xia takes for your team in the studio, such as rewriting a block or translating a field. Larger tasks, like building a full page, use more. You can see your balance at any time.
What happens if we bring our own AI key?+
Xia sends its model calls to your provider using your key, so you pay your provider directly and no Xia credits are used. Everything else in your plan stays the same.
We already use Expresia. What happens to our plan?+
Existing customers move to the new Expresia with Xia. We will contact you with the plan that fits your current usage and any transition terms before anything changes.
Can we change plans later?+
Yes. Move up at any time. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal.
